I enjoyed this tea because the flavors are balanced differently than most. I'm not usually a fan of elderflower blends, they tend to be overly sweet at the start with an underlying bitterness from whatever they are mixed with. But this tea brings the rose flavor first and then the raspberry, and the sweetness of the elderflower becomes the aftertaste which I like. It is a lovely tea to pair with a dark chocolate dessert or a midafternoon savoury snack.
