Absolutely 5 stars!!! Fortitude coffee has amazing customer service and some of the absolute best coffee my wife and I have tried!!! Ordered some over the holidays and now can't get of their coffee, Absolutely recommend building a sample packs and giving them a try and you'll fall in love; haven't came across one yet where you dont get all the flavors to enjoy and still that comfort of just enjoying a hot cup of coffee.
However, when I went to re-order, the cost of a 2 pound bag of coffee was shipping was more than $25. When you’re retired and on a fixed income, that is just too much to pay for coffee. If there’s any way we can decrease the cost of shipping. I would be glad to order coffee through your company.
