Sumatra coffee originates from the Indonesian island of Sumatra that has fertile volcanic soil in which the coffee plants flourish. This low acidity, earthy coffee is darkly roasted to bring out the bold tasting notes of cherry, tobacco and green pepper. This is the perfect dark roast to breathe life to your soul as you prepare for the day.

We ordered this coffee in whole bean form and I think it's our new favorite! It has just the right amount of smokiness without bitterness and it's great black, or with milk, or as a cappuccino.
