The bag is not is not labeled with its ingredients. Fortitude’s website does not list the ingredients either. It was important for me to check what was added to make the vanilla flavor before serving the coffee to my daughter because she has a certain food allergy. So I had to contact customer service in order to check the ingredients. This was inconvenient. Adding ingredient lists or allergen warnings to the flavored coffees is recommended.
The vanilla flavor is very muted; could be more pronounced to improve the taste. It does smell good while brewing though.

It does leave a sweet aftertaste that remains between cups. As a pre-diabetic, natrual sweetners are out of my diet forever.
