Sinfully delicious, this is one of those espressos where the tasting notes really do match the experience of each sip. Really really well done!
My favorite recipe so far is 17g in, 36g out, brewed at 201-202° at 9 bar and pulled through a WAFO SOE/Blend basket,, and ground with a Niche.
