I read in Red Sky Mourning by Jack Carr, James Reese's fiance' ground and made a pourover for Vic Rodriguez of the CIA using Fortitude Coffee's beans. I had to dig and found them online and purchase a bag of espresso and a t-shirt. My Breville Barista pro pulled an awesome and delicious double shot for my capucinno. I'm hooked and will purchase again.
