Just as the name conveys, ORIGIN STORY is an ode to not only to our company’s beginning but also the discovery of coffee as we know it. While the official true origin of coffee is a thing of legends, some of the oldest tales of coffee brewing and consumption originated in Ethiopia in 700 A.D. For that reason, what better way to kick off our coffee roasting business than with a beautiful single origin Ethiopian medium roast.

Glad I found this company. The subtle black tea, strawberry, and vanilla complement each other and for a lighter roast it still has a bold flavor. I used a chemex w 30g of beans and a 16.9 oz bottle of water to brew. That's my go to ratio, but If your not sure this blend is for you I suggest the build your own sample x3 roasts in a smaller portion to help you decide.
