This was such a great coffee and an excellent first time experience with Fortitude. Definitely will be ordering more from them soon. I ordered my bag on the day they roasted (Saturday) and it arrived on Tuesday so that was nice. For the coffee itself, it was complex in flavor and over all pretty great. Lots of action on the bloom (more than any coffee I've ever messed with). I was surprised, but I preferred this coffee out of the French Press over my Chemex. The Chemex was oddly more bitter on the back-end and not my favorite method as a result.
