The Mountain Water Process.
The pure water used in the caffeine extraction solution comes from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in the region, and also results in 99.9% decaffeinated coffee that retains bright acidity and flavors like milk chocolate, green apple, and caramel leaving a sweet finish.
Decaf coffee drinkers don’t need to sacrifice flavor for the sake of lower caffeine content. We have meticulously selected and perfectly roasted these decaf beans to bring out their full flavor, just with less punch.

I have been drinking decaf for about 7 years, I sleep much better now so it was worth it, but I still want to enjoy a latte in the morning. I've bought every decaf at the grocery store and every decaf at every farmers market in an effort to find something that was delicious. I've tried it all and none of it was ever good enough to be loyal to UNTIL I found Fortitude decaf (this one, the Zero day specifically!) It's fantastic, it smells divine and is absolutely delicious. There's a strong flavor and it tastes like a regular coffee. I've been buying it for almost two years and will be a loyal customer for life. I look forward to making hot or iced lattes every morning and I make sure to never run out of Fortitude :)
I love caffeinated coffee, but had to switch to Decaf for better sleep. This Decaf does not disappoint. It's got a fantastic strong flavor. I use my espresso machine for a morning latte with this stuff and it's the bomb! Can't recommend enough.
This tastes so good. My wife drinks D-caf in the morning. She asked if I had given her real coffee??? She said it tastes better than her other coffee.
